  • Analyze generator performance data to identify reliability concerns.
  • Assist in root cause analysis of system failures.

Controls & Integration:

  • Support configuration and testing of:
  • Generator controllers
  • Paralleling logic and synchronization systems
  • Remote monitoring systems
  • Ensure proper integration of generators into facility electrical infrastructure.

Customer Interface & Training:

  • Serve as the technical lead during startup and commissioning.
  • Provide customer training on system operation, emergency procedures, and maintenance requirements.
  • Deliver clear commissioning documentation and test reports.
  • Ensure smooth transition from installation to service support.

Qualifications:

Minimum of seven (7) or more years of experience in industrial generator service, commissioning, troubleshooting,   repair, and overhaul.

Required experience includes:

Experience performing system startups, commissioning activities, and advanced troubleshooting in mission-critical   environments (e.g., hospitals, data centers, utilities, industrial   facilities) strongly preferred.

Previous experience leading commissioning   efforts, mentoring technicians, or serving as a technical escalation resource is a plus.

Travel & Working Conditions:
