Your Tailor Made Senior Service is looking for qualified, experience home health live-in caregivers to join our team in our Plano Texas . If you have a big heart and are tired of having lots of hour with numerous patients try one on one care with Your Tailor Made Senior Service.

As a member of our compassionate team, you will work to lower care recipients' risk of senior isolation and promote their safety and security despite their age-related conditions or mobility issues. Moreover, your presence will shine a light of joy on their lives and enable their family members to find relief from worry.

The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, punctual, and enjoys helping others. This person must be reliable, empathetic, and be able to work with all types of people.  

Job Title: Private Duty Home Health Caregiver

Responsibilities:

  1. Personal Care: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), which may include bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

  2. Mobility Assistance: Help clients with mobility issues, including transferring from bed to wheelchair, or providing assistance with walking and exercise.

  3. Medication Management: Administer or remind clients to take prescribed medications as directed by the healthcare professional.

  4. Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary restrictions and preferences.

  5. Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.

  6. Companionship: Engage in friendly conversation, provide emotional support, and offer companionship to reduce feelings of isolation.

  7. Transportation: Accompany clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands as required.
