We're on the lookout for an Assistant Site Manager to join our Barramundi Operations team at Cone Bay. In this role, you'll be right in the thick of it-leading day-to-day operations, supporting your crew, and helping drive strong fish performance, safety, and sustainable farming practices.

You'll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly, from fish welfare through to cost management, all while building a positive, high-performing team culture.

What you'll be doing

No two days look the same, but you'll be:

  • Championing a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation across the site
  • Supporting and leading a team where people feel safe, respected, and motivated
  • Working closely with other marine teams to share ideas and lift performance
  • Helping deliver sustainable farming practices across our leases and operations
  • Managing stock to maximise quality, value, and financial performance
  • Planning and supporting fish transfers
  • Keeping everything compliant with policies, procedures, and certification standards
  • Identifying opportunities to improve, innovate, and do things better

About you

You're someone who enjoys leading from the front, building strong relationships, and creating a team environment where people actually want to come to work.

You're confident working with different stakeholders-from crew to community-and you bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
