Northern California | Coastal Community
Projected Compensation: $235,000 – $270,000 Base + Significant Bonus Potential
She Recruits is partnering with a mission-aligned healthcare organization in Northern California to recruit a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician seeking strong earning potential, structured support, and meaningful community impact.
Located in a progressive coastal town known for its towering redwoods and proximity to the Pacific Ocean, this outpatient opportunity blends lifestyle and purpose in a way few roles can.
The Opportunity
This is a full-time outpatient position (5x8 schedule) serving a diverse patient panel with complex medical needs.
You will practice within a well-supported, integrated model that includes:
2 dedicated Medical Assistants per provider
0.7 RN support
Virtual triage services
Integrated Behavioral Health
Chiropractic & acupuncture access
Telepsychiatry consult support

Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary: $235,000 – $270,000 annually
Additional earning potential includes:
$12,400 annual access bonus (paid biweekly) for meeting 9-patient/day target
Up to $44,000 annual production bonus potential
$5,000 annual professional expense credit (licensing, DEA, CE, equipment)
