Job description

A private principal in Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Personal / Executive Assistant to provide a combination of personal assistance, household support, and administrative assistance.
This is a part-time position with the potential for expanded responsibilities and hours as a new technology startup continues to grow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, discreet, and enjoys helping both a household and business operation run smoothly.
The position combines traditional personal assistant responsibilities with light executive support and home management duties.
Schedule & Hours
  • Approximately 4 hours per day
  • 4-5 days per week
  • Approximately 20-25 hours weekly
  • Additional hours may become available as business needs expand
Responsibilities
Personal & Executive Assistant Support
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks
  • Manage schedules, appointments, reminders, and follow-up items
  • Support various projects and special assignments
  • Assist with startup-related administrative tasks and organization
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding business and personal matters
  • Coordinate errands, deliveries, and general logistics
Household & Home Management Support
  • Assist with general household organization
  • Put away grocery deliveries and household purchases
  • Rotate food items and maintain refrigerator organization
  • Assist with light food preparation, including washing and slicing vegetables
  • Support household inventory and supply management
  • Coordinate shopping and household errands as needed
Additional Support
  • Run local errands and assist with miscellaneous projects
  • Help maintain an organized, efficient home office environment
  • Provide flexible support as priorities shift between household and business needs

Requirements
