Little Green Cyclo has an immediate opening for a part-time prep cook. This is not a full-time position. You will only be working 2-3 days a week during the lunch shift. Ideal for someone who has another job or classes in the evening.
Located in Brisbane with ample, safe & free parking and free shuttle service from Caltrain & BART.
Established in 2010, LGC was the first gourmet Vietnamese food truck serving the Bay Area. We specialize in caterings, private parties, pop ups and corporate events. Our brick & mortar, LGC Bistro, includes a unique coffee bar and beer & wine bar. We source our own green beans directly from small family farms in Vietnam's Central Highlands. Our ready to drink Vietnamese coffee has won the Fancy Food Show's SFA sofi awards in 2021 & 2022 for the best RTD in the coffee and tea category. We were the 1st Vietnamese brand to have ever been awarded with this distinction.
Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of experience in a fast paced, detail-oriented & clean kitchen
  • Maintains the highest safety standards
  • Able to execute light lifting, up to 50 lb
  • Able to stand in one place for extended periods
  • Follows all protocols to keep our team and customers healthy
  • Follows cleaning schedules, prep-lists, station stocking guides
  • Adheres to kitchen systems used to control food waste, production, and quality
  • Communicates needs, concerns, and other points of importance with teammates and managers regularly
