We are looking to hire a full-time line cook who is also cross-trained on food prep at our Vietnamese restaurant. Applicant should have familiarity with sauté, grill, fry, and great knife skills. This is a full-time schedule with 40 hours a week. 4 days a week. 10 hours a day (includes 2 hours of overtime each work day). Must work weekends.
