  • Client‑owned firm aligned with long‑term decision‑making
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Bonus program
  • Company contribution up to 95% for health insurance
  • Hybrid work arrangement

How you will contribute:

  • Serve as a secondary advisor (to start) for high‑net‑worth clients, participating in client meetings and ongoing relationship management
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial planning analyses, including retirement planning, investment strategy, tax-aware planning, estate planning coordination, and risk management
  • Work closely with senior partners to develop and implement client investment portfolios aligned with firm philosophy and client goals
  • Coordinate with clients’ outside professionals (CPAs, attorneys) to ensure integrated planning solutions
  • Support business development efforts, including referrals, prospect meetings, and relationship expansion
  • Continuously enhance technical expertise and professional credentials
  • Proactively recognize client issues, propose solutions, and add insight to analysis.
  • Software skills: Powerpoint, eMoney, Salesforce, Black Diamond
  • Have a strong desire to develop business for the growth of the firm
