Job description

We are seeking an experienced Epic ClinDoc / Behavioral Health Analyst to support a new Epic implementation for a healthcare client in Terre Haute, IN. This is a 6+ month contract requiring travel to the client site one week per month (up to 25%).
Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Epic ClinDoc and Behavioral Health applications.
  • Analyze business and clinical workflow requirements and translate them into Epic system design and configuration.
  • Build, configure, test, and validate Epic ClinDoc and Behavioral Health functionality.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Support integrated testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Provide documentation, issue resolution, and optimization recommendations throughout the project.
Required Qualifications
  • Epic ClinDoc Certification (required).
  • Epic Behavioral Health Certification (required).
  • Full lifecycle Epic implementation experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Epic build and configuration experience.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
