The Tour Ambassador Supervisor reports to the Tour Operations Manager.
Essential Job Functions
  • Conduct deployment of Tour Guides and Tour Ambassadors at the start of each shift
  • Delegate tasks to Tour Guides and Tour Ambassadors in a courteous manner
  • Ensure proper staffing and breaks are given to Tour staff as required
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors of SoFi Stadium
  • Maintain a professional image and pleasant demeanor at all times
  • Conduct Box Office responsibilities not limited to Tour Ticket Electronic Sales, Ticket Redemption, and any general tour related questions
  • Setup and teardown of daily tour operation supplies (Ticket Scanners, Lanyards, Signs, and Field Activities)
  • Can learn and deliver the SoFi Stadium Tour according to the operating guideline to Guests in groups of various size ranges.
  • Be knowledgeable about all parts of SoFi Stadium that are on the tour route and in the operating guideline
  • Facilitate Field Activities as needed
  • Lead Tour Guides and Tour Ambassadors during Events at SoFi Stadium
  • Facilitate a group getting through SoFi Stadium in a safe and effective way
  • Work with fellow team members to keep tour route monitored in an effective manner
  • Communicate with teammates and supervisors via 2-way radio
  • Ensure safety of all visitors
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be fully available on Saturday and Sunday.

  • Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members as assigned.
  • Able to communicate effectively; including the ability to receive and deliver detailed instruction.
  • Ability to pass a background/drug test

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
