Live-In Caregiver / Personal Assistant
Location: Sylmar, California
Compensation: $300 per day (paid via Zelle)
Schedule: Live-in (with backup coverage available)

Overview:
A private family in Sylmar is seeking a compassionate, experienced Live-In Caregiver/Personal Assistant to provide dedicated care for an elderly gentleman. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, and experienced in caring for individuals with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily assistance with mobility and walking
  • Support with activities of daily living, including changing briefs and clothing (morning and evening)
  • Prepare simple meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (primarily pre-prepared or easy-to-assemble meals)
  • Offer attentive, respectful care tailored to a client with dementia
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for the client
  • general housekeeping

Additional Household Support:

  • Prepare meals for the spouse (no caregiving required for her)

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a caregiver required
