Participants usually work with professional therapists or counselors in both group and private settings. The goal is to provide a supportive environment away from daily distractions to foster growth, healing, and deeper connection within the relationship.

Familiarity with booking and reservation systems, property management software, and wellness program tools is commonly required. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, conflict resolution, and the ability to create a welcoming environment are crucial soft skills for this role. These skills ensure couples have a positive, transformative experience while operations run smoothly and efficiently.
