Job description

We're currently seeking Line Cooks to join our team at The Dusty Boot! The Dusty Boot Saloon & Dance Hall, the home of fancy cocktails, cold beer, western grub and live music in downtown Banff. A dressed-up saloon in a dressed-down cocktail lounge featuring weathered wood, warm leather, the glow of neon, and the sweet sound of boots on the dance floor. Bar games, cowboy karaoke, billiards and a chef-driven menu (served until 10 pm). Saddle up and settle in. Must be whisky drinking age, 18+. Want to know more? What You'll Do:

  • Preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring standards are being met
  • Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • Assist with training new team members as required
