The Conflict Management Training Course Instructor | Conflict Management Training [USARC0020020] is aligned with GSA Labor Category: Content Subject Matter Expert/Instructor II.  This role shall be principally focussed on Civilian Training Services Conflict Management Training for DOD/Military | Aerospace, Defense And Military - Aerospace, Defense, and Military (ADM) Industry Sector Group: Services And Solutions That Enable Aerospace, Defense, and Military Agencies To Enhance Capabilities, Drive Transformation, Operate Sustainably, And Maintain Mission-Readiness

We seek Conflict Management Training Course Instructor | Conflict Management Training [USARC0020020] candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Conflict Management Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Civilian Training Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Conflict Management Training Course Instructor [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Conflict Management Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector. 

This role focuses on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) | USARC Civilian Training Services - 'Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO) ', located in Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid - On/Off Client Site and Virtual.

Delivering conflict management learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance.

The Conflict Management Training program equips professionals with the skills to recognize, address, and resolve workplace conflicts constructively and mission-focused. Participants learn practical techniques for understanding competing interests, managing difficult conversations, regulating emotional responses, and fostering productive collaboration among diverse stakeholders. Through facilitated discussions, role-playing activities, case studies, and applied conflict-resolution exercises, participants strengthen their ability to build consensus, preserve professional relationships, and improve organizational effectiveness.

Learning Objectives:  Recognize sources of workplace conflict; improve active listening; strengthen emotional intelligence; apply negotiation and mediation techniques; manage difficult conversations; build consensus; resolve disagreements constructively; and improve collaboration and team effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Conflict Management Training Course Instructor | Conflict Management Training [USARC0020020]

  • Develop lesson plans; facilitate classroom and virtual instruction; conduct assessments; provide coaching and feedback; support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements.

The role(s) are located in the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region, at or near Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery).  Initially identified Work Site Address (Hybrid - On/Off Client Site and Virtual:  4710 Knox Street (Marshall Hall), Fort Bragg, NC 28310-5010

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience; instructional certifications preferred.

  • This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the DOD/Military Sector and Conflict Management Training Course Instructor Candidates principally support Conflict Management Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines.
