We are seeking a Government Property Management Analyst to support government property accountability and lifecycle management activities in accordance with federal regulations and agency requirements. The successful candidate will help ensure compliance with property management policies while supporting audits, inventories, reporting, and asset accountability.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate government property records throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • Support property receiving, tagging, tracking, transfers, inventories, and disposition activities.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, and applicable agency policies.
  • Conduct periodic physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prepare property reports and audit documentation.
  • Coordinate with contracting officers, program managers, logistics personnel, and government representatives.
  • Review property records for completeness and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with property management system assessments and corrective actions.
  • Support Government Furnished Property (GFP) accountability.
  • Develop reports and metrics supporting executive decision-making.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


  • This is an on-site position at the client facility with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule when approved by the client.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of government property management experience.
  • Working knowledge of FAR Part 45 and Government Property Management requirements.
  • Experience managing Government Furnished Property (GFP).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) or Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA).
  • Experience supporting DoD property programs.
  • Experience with property management software systems.
  • Knowledge of audit readiness and internal controls.

Clearance Requirement

Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
