They are responsible for the day-to-day management of the property, including maintenance, tenant relations, rent collection, and ensuring the building's safety and cleanliness. Their on-site presence allows them to respond quickly to emergencies and address tenant concerns more efficiently. This role is common in apartment complexes, condominiums, and other multi-unit residential buildings.
