Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems, working with advanced building systems, and making a difference every day? We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team and help maintain a safe, comfortable, and reliable environment in a healthcare setting.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and mechanical building systems.

  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

  • Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, boilers, heat exchangers, air compressors, piping systems, generators, and backup power equipment.

  • Monitor critical building systems and respond quickly to operational issues.

  • Complete work orders, maintain maintenance logs, and communicate equipment status with the engineering team.

  • Assist with general building maintenance including painting, carpentry, and minor repairs while following infection control procedures.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Healthcare facility maintenance experience is preferred, but candidates from hospitality, commercial buildings, manufacturing, or plant operations are encouraged to apply.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical, HVAC/refrigeration, or emergency backup power systems.
