Job description

Overview Be the bridge between Government stakeholders and the Salesforce development team on a federal enterprise cloud program. You will capture mission requirements and turn them into user stories, data models, and workflows that shape how the DoD manages its enterprise cloud contract. Locations Arlington, VA (Crystal City); Fort Meade, MD; Chambersburg, PA (Letterkenny Army Depot); Ogden, UT (Hill AFB); or Oklahoma City, OK (Tinker AFB). On-site at a Government facility; limited local telework of unclassified work with Government approval. How You'll Make an Impact * Facilitate requirements-gathering with stakeholders, mission partners, and product owners.
* Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria, functional descriptions, and data relationships.
* Perform Salesforce data modeling aligned to enterprise data architecture; draft process flows, workflow diagrams, and wireframes.
* Maintain the requirements/user-story tracker in Jira; support backlog grooming and sprint planning.
* Support UAT, conduct impact analysis for system changes, and prepare user documentation, training materials, and release notes. What You'll Need to Join the Team * Bachelor's degree + 3 years of experience in business/functional analysis for Salesforce applications, with Agile, Atlassian suite, and Salesforce data modeling experience. The bachelor's may be met by an associate's + 2 years or 4 years of additional relevant experience, or 7 years of applicable experience.
* Active Secret clearance (T3 investigation; interim acceptable at start).
* Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Certified Administrator - required. What Sets You Apart * Experience with OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, or Service Cloud implementations.
* Prior BA work on federal or DoD programs with formal requirements traceability.
* Salesforce Platform App Builder or additional Salesforce credentials. Certifications (examples of approved options) Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Certified Administrator (required). No DoD 8140 requirements currently apply to this role.
