Job description

Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN Available

Mission: Provide person-centered care in a progressive, faith-based community.

Primary Purpose: Deliver direct care and services to residents, ensuring well-being and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow Eben Ezer's values and care plans for bathing, grooming, meal service, housekeeping, and more.
  • Maintain privacy and respect, documenting care per state/federal regulations.
  • Assist with appointments and transportation, providing emotional and physical support.
  • Communicate with families, physicians, and team members about residents' conditions.
  • Perform basic assessments (e.g., glucometer, blood pressure) and maintain a clean work area.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • CPR, First Aid certification, and computer experience preferred.

Skills:

  • Time management, attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork.
  • Compassion, patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility equipment. Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and varying shifts.
