Server Assistant Responsibilities

+ After completing a comprehensive training program, server assistants will be expected to have strong menu knowledge, execute proper food running etiquette & mastery of table and seat numbers.

+ Complete running and closing side work duties, including polishing and stocking marking stations, with high attention to detail in a high stress, fast paced, teamwork environment

+ Setting and clearing tables with a sense of urgency, maintaining cleanliness of the dining room at all times,

+ Uphold our highest standard of hospitality by being welcoming, courteous, and professional toward the guests and fellow team members at all times

Qualifications

+ Previous customer service experience is preferred

+ English literacy to read tickets and verbally communicate with guests and other team members

+ Works well in a team environment, dependable, and displays good work ethic
