Job description

Amazon Live is building the future of shoppable entertainment - and brands are at the center of it. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager (Tech) to own the product vision and technical strategy for how brands and advertisers create, publish, and succeed with live commerce on Amazon. This role sits at the intersection of advertising technology, the creator economy, and generative AI - and you'll define the products that make live commerce accessible and irresistible to brands of all sizes.
Your north star is brand adoption and retention. You'll own the product charter for Amazon Live's creator and brand tools - including AI-powered content creation, the Live Creator App, Brand Store live integrations, and brand-facing reporting and analytics. You'll define what we build, push the boundaries of generative AI for content creation, partner with engineering to ship at speed, and use data to deeply understand what drives brands to go live, stay active, and grow their investment. You'll also shape how brands connect with influencers through our platform, building features that make creator-brand collaboration seamless and measurable.
You'll write the strategy documents, define the roadmap, make hard tradeoffs, and own what ships. You'll work in deep partnership with Amazon Ads, UX measurement and reporting, and engineering teams - translating complex advertiser needs into elegant, scalable product experiences. You'll be supported by a co-located engineering team, UX designers, and BI resources, and you'll have the autonomy to shape an emerging product category where the right product decisions directly move leadership goals.
If you're a product leader who thinks in terms of customer problems, can toggle between long-term vision and sprint-level execution, and want to define how Amazon approaches live commerce for brands - this is your role.
Key job responsibilities
This candidate sits within Live's B2B product team, and owns the product charter for the Amazon Live Creator App as well as other creator tools used by thousands of creators. The candidate is expected to work with GTM, content acquisition, BD & sales teams, as well as broader Amazon Ads and Creator orgs, to help setup our brand and influencer creators for success and deliver great live shopping experiences. They will be supported by a large engineering team, UX designers and Business Intelligence team.
The right person would have experience defining long-term product strategy, enjoys being customer obsessed, has technical knowledge and is comfortable with a high-level of ambiguity. They would be equally comfortable ideating on the next set of content creation features with brands and partners, and in delivering those for millions of shoppers with our engineering team. They will craft and communicate a strategic roadmap and see to its execution.
We move fast; and that allows PMs to deliver on a large impact in a short time frame. Our team actively invests in career growth, and we will work with you to chart a strong growth path forward.
A day in the life
You will craft your product strategy, and then bring it to reality. You are comfortable working on products with complex tradeoffs. You will deeply understand and socialize our evolving needs to our customers, with your content, marketing, BD and design partners.
About the team
