Job Title: Senior Sales / Account Manager - Live Event Production

Location: Nashville, Tennessee


Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly connected Senior Sales / Account Manager to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships within the live event, touring, and entertainment production industry.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with an established book of business, strong industry relationships, and a proven track record of generating revenue in live event production, touring, or AV services. The position focuses on new business development, client acquisition, and long-term account management for audio, video, lighting, and staging production services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Bring and develop an existing book of business within live events, touring, entertainment, or production services

  • Generate new revenue opportunities through industry relationships and prospecting

  • Build and manage relationships with artists, tour managers, event producers, and corporate clients

  • Understand client production requirements and recommend appropriate AV and production solutions

  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements

  • Manage client accounts from initial engagement through project execution

  • Partner with internal technical and operations teams to deliver successful events

  • Maintain sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and account performance metrics

  • Represent the company at industry events, shows, and networking opportunities


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience in live events, touring production, AV services, or entertainment industry

  • Demonstrated track record of revenue generation and business development

  • Existing industry relationships or book of business strongly preferred

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in fast-paced environments

  • Self-driven with strong business growth mindset


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in audio, video, lighting, staging, or live production services

  • Background working with touring artists, festivals, corporate events, or production companies
