SNI Companies is hiring CSR reps for a small, family-owned online store dedicated to health and wellness. Product range includes vitamins, supplements, personal care items, pet health products, and healthy pantry staples.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a fully bilingual (English & Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive shopping experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with orders, returns, product information, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to resolve shipping or inventory issues.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on health and wellness products.
