Job description

Duties * You will perform program analytics and data mining, create data visualizations, and use data tools and infrastructure to support data-driven decisions. * You will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on a wide variety of training data points to identify constraints and recommend mitigation strategies. * You will serve as a subject matter expert and data analyst for training data management and training systems such as the Learning Management System (LMS).

* You will work independently with little supervision. * You will perform analytical pattern detection and recommend solutions to complex problems. Requirements Conditions of employment * Must be a US Citizen.

Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing and providing advice regarding training data and training systems (e.g., Learning Management Systems (LMS)); 2) Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis on a wide variety of training data points to identify constraints and recommend mitigation strategies; 3) Performing program analytics and data mining using data tools and infrastructure to support data-driven decisions; and 4) Functioning as part of a team to plan, present and evaluate assigned projects with rapidly changing requirements.
