Senior Litigation Paralegal

Confidential Plaintiff-Side Litigation Practice | Seattle, WA | Hybrid and/or Remote Local (Must be willing to travel for trial and trial meetings as needed)


Robert Half is partnering with a nationally recognized plaintiff-side law firm seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join its Seattle office. This is an exceptional opportunity to support high-profile, complex litigation matters that drive meaningful outcomes for consumers, employees, investors, and communities nationwide.


The firm handles sophisticated cases involving class actions, ERISA, securities and financial fraud, antitrust, environmental, product liability, and other complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with strong litigation project management, legal research, and e-discovery experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex litigation matters from inception through trial.
  • Coordinate case strategy, deadlines, workflows, and litigation resources.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for assigned matters, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, legal staff, experts, vendors, co-counsel, and clients.
  • Conduct legal research and factual investigations.
  • Perform cite-checking and proofreading using Bluebook standards and applicable court rules.
  • Manage document collections, reviews, productions, and e-discovery processes.
  • Support depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
  • Prepare and coordinate filings in state and federal courts.
  • Maintain case files, discovery databases, exhibits, and litigation records.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 DOE

  • Proficiency with Westlaw, LexisNexis, The Bluebook, and e-discovery platforms.
  • Experience managing large-scale discovery and document review projects.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Trial preparation experience is highly preferred.
