Job description

Job Title: Litigation Associate (2nd–4th Year)
Location: Wilmington, DE

Direct Counsel represents an Am Law 100 firm seeking a 2nd–4th year Litigation Associate to join its Litigation Practice Group in Wilmington, Delaware. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated corporate and commercial litigation matters, including significant work before the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Qualifications:

  • Active membership in good standing with the Delaware Bar

  • 2–4 years of corporate litigation experience, including substantial experience in the Delaware Court of Chancery

  • General litigation experience in other Delaware courts preferred

  • Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school

  • Strong legal research and writing skills

  • Judicial clerkship experience is strongly encouraged
