Location: This is an in-person role based in Virginia, Minnesota. Candidates must be willing to relocate to and live in northeastern Minnesota.

Job Description

  • Handle a varied caseload involving family law, contract matters, probate, real estate, business, and general civil legal issues.
  • Meet with clients, assess legal needs, and provide clear, practical legal guidance.
  • Draft pleadings, contracts, estate/probate documents, correspondence, and other legal materials.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, court appearances, and related proceedings.
  • Work closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and support staff to move matters forward efficiently.
  • Develop strong client relationships and help grow the firm's presence in the community.
  • Manage deadlines, client communication, case strategy, and file progression with professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Active attorney license in good standing, preferably in Minnesota.
  • Experience or strong interest in family law, contract law, probate, real estate, business law, or general civil practice.
  • Willingness to relocate to and live in northeastern Minnesota.
  • Strong writing, communication, client service, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple matters and working directly with clients.
  • Newer attorneys and experienced attorneys are encouraged to apply.
