Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of legal practice areas, including estate planning/probate, criminal defense, family law, workers' compensation law, civil litigation, personal injury cases, contract drafting, and more. As an Associate Attorney, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive legal support to clients and internal teams while honing your skills in legal research, negotiation, case management, and courtroom procedures. This position is fully paid and designed for motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

· Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case development and legal opinions.

· Draft and review legal documents including motions, pleadings, and correspondence with precision and clarity.

· Assist in managing multiple cases across various practice areas by maintaining organized case files and tracking deadlines.

· Prepare for litigation by developing strategies, drafting pleadings, and supporting discovery processes.

· Engage in negotiations with opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

· Stay informed on current laws and regulations across practice areas such as statutory legal research and procedural law knowledge.

· Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases involving personal injury law or general litigation to ensure thorough case preparation.

Requirements

· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the Pennsylvania state bar is required.

· Proven experience or strong interest in practicing estate planning/probate, workers' compensation law, and personal injury cases.

· Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents.
