Description
Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, seeks a mid-senior-level associate to join theย Defense Litigationย practice in itsย Phoenixย office.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in career growth. Our firm is dedicated to your professional development, providing comprehensive training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed and advance within the firm. You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, taking on significant responsibilities from the start.
Position Requirements:
  • Must be admitted to the Arizona bar in good standing
  • Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience with commercial litigation, product liability,ย and/or personal injury defense.ย 
  • Candidates should have the ability to draft complicated opinions, motions, and legal memoranda, as well as strong academics.
  • Candidatesย interested in participating in business development efforts are required.ย 
  • Nevada bar admission is a plus, along with admission to other states where Hinshaw has offices.
