Description

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with three or more years of experience with fast-paced catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and products liability litigation to join one of its offices in Texas or work in a Hybrid setting
This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in career growth. You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, assuming significant responsibilities from the outset.
Position Requirements:

  • Texas Bar in good standing is required, and New York Bar admission is strongly preferred.
  • Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in a litigation setting position
  • Candidates should be able to draft complicated opinions, motions, and legal memoranda and have strong academic credentials.
  • Candidates interested in participating in business development efforts are required.
