Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Civil Litigation Management: Lead and execute all phases of civil litigation matters for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Depositions & Motion Practice: Structure, draft, and file complex legal motions, briefs, and pleadings, and confidently conduct and defend depositions.
  • Case Strategy Development: Formulate, evaluate, and implement data-driven case strategies from initial intake through final resolution.
  • Client & Court Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communication, while representing clients effectively in legal proceedings.
  • Collaborative Practice: Work independently on assigned caseloads while collaborating seamlessly with colleagues and senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:
  • Core Experience Level: 2 to 7 years of dedicated civil litigation experience.
  • Litigation Background: Strong, proven track record handling depositions, technical motion practice, and case strategy.
  • Professional Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and structural legal problem-solving skills.
  • Candidate Mindset: Intelligent, curious, self-motivated, and comfortable independently managing complex legal matters.

Preferred Qualifications:
