We're seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with at least five years of Colorado litigation experience and a strong background in construction litigation.

What You'll Do
  • Lead your own litigation matters from initial consultation through trial or settlement.
  • Manage approximately 40–60 active cases, depending on complexity.
  • Represent clients in sophisticated construction litigation matters.
  • Handle real estate litigation involving contracts, property disputes, construction defects, mechanic's liens, and related claims.
  • Develop litigation strategy and advise clients on practical, business-minded solutions.
  • Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Attend mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials.
  • Appear before Colorado courts in both virtual and in-person proceedings.
  • Collaborate with an exceptional team of attorneys and legal professionals.
  • Build trusted client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
  • Continue expanding your legal knowledge while helping grow the firm's reputation.
What You Bring Required
  • Minimum of five years of litigation experience practicing in Colorado.
  • Strong command of Colorado civil procedure and evidence rules.
  • Exceptional writing, advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to independently manage litigation files from beginning to end.

  • No active bar investigations or pending malpractice claims.
