An established litigation law firm is looking to add a Litigation Associate to their team. As a Litigation Associate, you will represent clients through all stages of the litigation process, working alongside experienced attorneys on a diverse range of matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing commercial litigation and business disputes.
  • Handling contract-related matters and regulatory compliance issues.
  • Conducting legal research and drafting motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Developing case strategy and preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
  • Collaborating with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Nebraska State Bar.
  • 3-6 years of litigation experience, including commercial litigation, contract disputes, and regulatory matters.
