Job Summary:  We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Assistant/Secretary to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of our attorneys, providing support and ensuring they are able to carry out their duties. You will communicate with clients, compile case materials, and carry out a variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented. 
Desired experience is at least 2 years.  You should be very familiar with legal deadlines, e-filing, e-service and motion practice.
Immediate responsibility for case handling, working directly with clients, calendaring, e-filing, e-service, preparation of deposition notices/subpoenas, calendar coordination, etc. 
Job Requirements:
Prefer candidates with at least 2 years of litigation experience. The #1 priority of this position is legal calendaring. However attention to detail, computer skills, organization, and follow-up are all a close second.
