Overview
Nelson Mullins, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to join its Business and Distribution Litigation team in the Denver office. This role provides high-level administrative and litigation support to attorneys in a fast-paced environment and is critical to ensuring the efficient management of day-to-day practice operations.
A Day in the Life
In this role, you will provide comprehensive litigation support, including preparing, revising, and finalizing correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents, while managing electronic and court filings across state and federal jurisdictions, including Colorado, Texas, and California. You will coordinate depositions, meetings, and travel arrangements, maintain attorney calendars, and assist with billing, time entry, and expense reporting. This role also includes running conflict checks, opening new matters, maintaining client files, and supporting overall practice operations by anticipating next steps and ensuring deadlines and priorities are effectively managed. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Salary/ Wage Range - $70,000- $95,000 annually. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for merit-based raises and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans and paid time off.
