This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant looking for growth potential! Beautiful office, great team to work with! Polished professional with strong communication, client relations and solid legal experience.


The Litigation Legal Assistant is responsible for ensuring the legal team operates efficiently by supporting workflow and maintaining confidentiality. Will maintain and organize case files, both in paper and electronic formation. Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date and easily accessible. Track deadlines, court dates, and filinng requirments to ensure compliance. Perform legal research to support caes strategy, draft motions, affidaits, contracts, etc. and assist in preparing exhibits for trial. Assist attorney prep for hearing and trials. Act as point of contact for clients, witnesses, and other parties. Schedule interviews, gather information and ensure smooth communication throughout the litigation process. Collect employment, medical, and other relevant records.


2+ years of strong Legal Assistant experience. Litigation preferred. Bachelors degree a plus!


Normal Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Criminal/Drug Testing.
