Job Title: Formulated Wet Etch & Litho Technical Marketing DirectorJob Description: Position Summary

Are you an experienced Wet Etch & Cleans Process Technologist looking for an exciting new Technical Marketing Leadership opportunity? Entegris is seeking a Technology Director to join our team. To be successful in this role, you must be a purposeful driver, highly analytical, and a committed problem solver, with the ability to communicate your vision and ideas effectively and influence technology and customer decisions across functions and regions. The Formulated Wet Etch & Lithography Technical Marketing Director plays a pivotal role in the MS Division Technical Marketing Group, guiding Entegris' Semiconductor Fab Process Materials market participation and growth strategy for our customers, partnering with our ER&D, business and customer-facing teams. As a key staff member on MS Divisional Technical Marketing Team, collaborating with multiple internal commercial and technical functional groups, this position will provide strategic guidance for critical Semiconductor Fab Process Materials (including specialized and formulated wet chemistries for Lithography, Post Etch, Post CMP cleaning, 3D HAR etch and surface preparations, while uncover additional opportunities for Lithography module) industry growth trends and customer technology trends /roadmap with strong understanding in associated applications via technology node and device structure inflections; gather, validate, analyze, and translate customers and competitors intelligence based on Voice of Customer (VoC) into actionable insights in order to assist our Sales (Key Accounts) and Product Business strategies, and provide necessary technical marketing support on certain new product initiatives and field sales customer engagement and training activities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Lead effort to maintain and update customer’s Process-of-Records (POR) map, future Wet Cleans/Etch requirements and trends based on Voice of Customer (VoC) and market input gathered at strategic customers, industry conferences, and standards meetings. Coordinate with multiple functional teams to collect all competitor’s landscape/intelligence and provide solid and definite information and insight to guide company decisions and actions. Actively support technical marketing initiatives for knowledge sharing and solution training - both internally and externally and as required to support key New Product Introductions or related activities. Assist MS Divisional Leadership Team and relevant functional teams with the support and coordination of technical meetings at key strategic customers. Support corporate level near-term and longer-term market assessment and strategy development. Maintain capability to engage customers - as needed to support global functional teams- in support of key NPI activities, technical meetings, value selling, and regional personnel needs Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education Bachelor's degree in STEM field (e.g., chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or related field) is required. Advanced degree (master's or PhD) is highly preferred. Experience 15 or more years of semiconductor experience are required, including specific Semiconductor fab-related technical and/or applications experience involving Wet Etch&Clean/Lithography areas; 7 or more years' working experience in leading Logic and Memory company is highly preferrable. Semiconductor Technology, Logic and Memory device and process integration understanding and/or market analysis experience required. Excellent English in written and oral communication capabilities, including major presentations to higher-level internal/external contacts, are required. Experience within the semiconductor industry (fab, materials, or equipment) and/or prior experience at an equivalent level within an international specialty materials/chemicals manufacturing company preferred. Experience with product, technology, and/or commercial strategy development.

Physical Requirements

Work in our Entegris Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, Korea, or US office locations. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
