Freshly Printed: The Role You've Been Looking For
As a VPRESS Storefront Administrator for Modern Litho, you will support the systems behind our online storefronts and print automation workflows. From product setup and workflow management to troubleshooting and process improvements, you will help keep orders moving accurately and efficiently from start to finish.
This role is collaborative and detail-driven, requiring strong organization, technical problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, thinking critically, and working closely with others to keep operations running smoothly.
From Setup to Finish: Your Role in the Process
Manage the online ordering systems, products, templates, and settings to ensure accuracy and functionality
Maintain product consistency across the storefront systems by performing bulk updates and maintaining organized product catalogs
Troubleshoot online ordering, workflow, and automation issues to identify errors
Monitor workflows and system activity to maintain order accuracy, consistency, and overall process efficiency
Maintain organized records, prioritize multiple requests, and manage projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Track outstanding tasks, approvals, files, and dependencies to ensure timely completion of projects and support requests
The Fine Print: What You Need to Succeed
High school diploma or equivalent required
2-5 years of experience in a related field
Comfortable working in computer-based environments and using multiple software systems throughout the day
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, organization, and quality
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and identify practical solutions
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional departments as needed
Customer-service mindset with a professional and solution-oriented approach
Demonstrated technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions with limited supervision or input
Your Production Schedule:
Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Overtime may be required
