Job description

Step into a shift where your craftsmanship sets the pace. As our Senior Offset Litho Press Operator, you’ll take the reins of a sheetfed offset press and guide each run from make-ready to sign-off—owning color, quality, and throughput so our customers’ brands shine.

A day in this role

Your shift begins with reviewing the job ticket and production schedule. You set plates, calibrate color, confirm substrate and caliper, and bring the press up to speed. Throughout the run, you watch densities and registration, make on-the-fly adjustments, and keep a sharp eye on consistency. You troubleshoot early to cut waste, complete basic preventive maintenance, and keep the area spotless and safe. At wrap-up, you document, tag, and hand off to finishing—on time and to spec.

What you’ll handle
  • Set up, operate, and run sheetfed offset presses to hit quality and production targets
  • Perform make-ready, color matching, and press adjustments during live runs
  • Continuously monitor print quality and correct issues in real time
  • Execute to job tickets and schedules while maintaining efficiency
  • Complete routine preventive maintenance and keep equipment press-ready
  • Flag and escalate quality concerns to reduce downtime and waste
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work area
What you bring
  • 5+ years of offset press experience
  • Background with Heidelberg, Komori, or KBA preferred
  • Comfort working across various substrates and calipers
  • Strong command of color control and print quality standards
  • Ability to read job tickets, measurements, and production documents
  • Team-first mindset with exceptional attention to detail and safety

Shifts: 2nd & 3rd Available
