Freshly Printed: The Role You Have Been Looking For

As a Baler Operator you will be responsible for managing and processing waste materials, such as paper scraps and defective prints, from the production floor. Additionally, it is essential to take reasonable care of company property and equipment to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

From Set Up to Finish: Your Role in the Process

  • Collect and sort waste materials
  • Perform basic machine maintenance
  • Ensure bale quality and compression
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area

The Fine Print: What You Need to Succeed

  • Mechanical experience required
  • Strong work ethic and attendance record
  • Comfortable working with heavy machinery
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused
  • Responsible for company property and equipment
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift
  • Basic computer skills to perform data entry and job tracking
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Your Production Schedule:

  • Second Shift: Monday - Thursday, 2:30 PM - 12:30 AM
