Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure stable manufacturing processes in Pack/Module pilot production line, hitting target yield, capabilities, throughput, and OEE.
  • Collaborate with Quality and other teams on control plans and in-process quality checks.
  • Support initial process qualification, drive continuous improvement, and facilitate problem-solving using quality tools.
  • Develop and maintain process documents, conduct training for production employees.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5 + years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in Pack/Module assembly processes.
  • BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical/Materials Engineering.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 + 15% bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
