Job description

Real Estate Listing Specialist – Take Your Production to the Next Level- (No experience required)

If you're a driven agent who genuinely enjoys working with sellers and building strong, lasting relationships, this is your opportunity to grow your listing business with the right structure, support, and systems firmly behind you. We're looking for someone who wants to sharpen their focus on securing listings, elevate their presentation skills, and increase production consistently inside a team environment that is genuinely invested in their success.

In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners, guiding them through pricing strategies, positioning their properties effectively, and managing the entire selling process from the very first consultation all the way through to a successful closing. With proven systems, dedicated marketing support, and hands-on mentorship available to you, you'll have everything needed to build a consistent, reliable pipeline instead of constantly chasing the next individual deal and starting from zero each time.

This is an outstanding fit for someone who communicates with confidence, takes preparation seriously, and has a genuine desire to operate at a higher level in the listing space. The agents who thrive here are the ones who show up consistently, bring the right mindset, and are willing to put in the focused daily work that builds real momentum over time. With that combination in place, the upside this role offers is substantial and very real.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $175,000+

If you're ready to grow your listing inventory, increase your income in a meaningful way, and build the kind of momentum that comes from working alongside a team that is truly committed to your success, apply today, and let's have a conversation about what your next step looks like.

Occasional in-office presence is required, so candidates must be local to Miramar, FL and be authorized to work in the US.

Compensation:

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Guide homeowners through the entire selling process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction from consultation to closing.
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to position properties competitively in the market.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling property listings that attract potential buyers.
  • Conduct thorough market analyses to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property values.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Coordinate and host open houses and property showings to showcase listings to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers with buyers' agents to achieve favorable outcomes for clients' listings.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on listing properties, is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to guide homeowners through the selling process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction from start to finish.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective pricing strategies to position properties competitively.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with our marketing team and create compelling property listings.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market analyses and provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information on property values.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to foster trust and open communication with clients.
  • Experience in coordinating and hosting open houses and property showings to attract potential buyers is a plus, but not mandatory.

At Legacy Hill Real Estate, our mission is to provide the best possible real estate experience for clients, connecting with them in the browsing phase and seamlessly guiding them through the transaction to the closing table. Committed to delivering exceptional service, we aim to forge lasting relationships that extend beyond the property transaction.
