Are you tech-savvy, self-motivated, and have a strong background in IT? We are looking for a versatile Project Manager to oversee a key aspect of our growth: the management, marketing, and integration of our inventory of used industrial equipment, as well as the tracking of spare parts.
Reporting to management, you will serve as the linchpin between the production floor, sales platforms, and our engineering team. This unique role combines technical management, web marketing, and customer service. You will oversee the entire equipment listing process, from taking photos in the workshop to final delivery to the customer.
Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Web Marketing (Used Equipment)

Content Creation: Take high-quality photos and visually inspect used equipment to understand how it operates.
Technical Writing: Draft clear, accurate, and engaging technical specifications in French and English.
Listing Management : Ensure the inventory is listed, positioned, and constantly updated on relevant resale platforms (Marketplace, LesPAC, and specialized industrial sites).
2. Sales, Customer Service, and Business Development

Inquiry Management: Respond quickly and professionally to prospects via email, phone, or online platforms.
Customer visits: Welcome potential buyers and conduct technical tours of our used equipment at our facilities.
Parts management : Handle requests for replacement parts, confirm availability, and track customer orders.
3. Technical support and interdepartmental coordination

Needs analysis : Determine whether the customer requires secondary equipment, specific integrations, or custom modifications.
Collaboration with engineering : Work closely with the design and engineering team to assess the technical feasibility of customer requests and actively participate in the design of integration solutions.
Desired Profile

This position is ideal for a  junior engineer , a technician, or  anyone passionate about mechanics , resourceful, and highly versatile.
•  Computer skills:  Strong proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Word, Excel) and high comfort with web platforms and social media (Marketplace, LesPAC, etc.).
•  Bilingualism required:  Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written), as you will be interacting with local and international clients.
•  Mechanical and technical skills : Ability to understand how industrial equipment works, read technical drawings, and communicate effectively with clients or suppliers.
•  Customer service orientation:  Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people (buyers, technicians, engineers).
•  Independence and resourcefulness : Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and navigate effectively between the shop floor and administrative offices.
Key Assets

• Knowledge of technical drawing.
• Proficiency or basic knowledge of AutoCAD software (a major asset for facilitating communication with our engineering department).
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
