Job description

KASTELLUM is seeking highly qualified Target Intelligence Analysts to join our team at Ft. Meade supporting U.S. Cyber Command. Targeting Analyst – • Develop targets and target systems. Develop target nominations, create database records, and database target intelligence products. Produce all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assist with combat assessment requirements. Conduct collateral damage estimation, perform target list management, target strategy development, and provide joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements. Provide recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations. Provide database nominations, create and update database and upload TMs into databases. • Provide assistance in developing the processes and procedures to facilitate target development IAW CJCSI 3122.06C, CJCSI 3160.01A, CJCSI 3370.01A, CJCSM 3370.01, and CJCSM 3375.01, battle damage assessment (BDA) IAW CJCSM 3162.01, dynamic targeting IAW Joint Publication 3-60, and combat target enterprise management. • Assist with long range planning and coordinate intelligence and targeting efforts across DoD and IC. • Assist in the production of target materials, BDA reports, and with the maintenance.

staff packages, responding to requests as subject matter experts, acting as subject matter
experts during operational, planning, and combat targeting meetings, working groups, and
coordination boards. Qualifications:
o 8+ years of Target Analysis experience
o Joint or Service Qualifying Targeting School (JTS, CTC, etc)
• Bachelor's Degree is required. Additional relevant experience at USCYBERCOM, CMF, other combatant command or component J2/JIOC or IC. Additional targeting, fires, planning, systems experience or education/training, particularly related to cyberspace operations.
