Job description

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities
·         Build and maintain excellent relationships with vendors, freight brokers, carriers, and other logistics partners
·         Provide logistics solutions for all shipments (inbound and outbound) within the continental United States
·         Prepares documentation in association with shipments inbound and outbound – freight bills, bills of lading, classification of commodities, packing list
·         Coordinate with Freight Broker the shipping of products and loads daily
·         Ensure all aspects of shipments meet our “white glove” standards
·         Effectively communicate with vendors, brokers, and carriers to achieve highest satisfaction from our customers
·         Provide daily report for of all inbound shipments with delivery/shipping details (packing list, BOL, pictures, dimensions) to internal team
·         Conducts daily logistics support activities with inbound tracking of shipments and preparation of outbound shipments
·         Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed
·         Find carriers to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and manage risk through targeted negotiations
·         Continuously optimize shipping and transport procedures
·         Onsite warehouse and shipment organization

·         Strong attention to detail
