Job description

To develop and maintain preventive maintenance plans and activities utilizing Lucy Co-Console system.  Utilize the material equipment list, logistics and receiving reports to ensure preservation is set up prior to equipment arrival.  Collaborate with Project Engineers, Construction Managers, Materials Group and QC to implement work activities as required by Vendor Documents and Project Specifications. Modify preservation activities as required through the changing phases of the project.  Conduct internal audits to ensure required equipment is set up and preserved as required.  Monitor preservation execution and conduct spot checks to ensure preservation is performed on time and satisfactorily.  Record, document and report any non-conformance issues with QC and Project management as required.   Develop and provide reports and preservation metrics as required.  Interface with company, Quality Control and Quality Assurance audits to ensure the program meets all project and contractual requirements. 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 

  • 2+ years preventive maintenance or mechanical experience

  • Experience in industrial construction with preventive maintenance being a bigger plus

Responsibilities

  • Determine project reporting requirements and produce reports as required

  • Assist materials manager in determining project preventive maintenance requirements

  • Manage files and documentation

  • Coordinate preventive maintenance work between crafts

  • Perform data entry of preservation performed as required

  • Monitor project compliance with project specifications

  • Able to work independently and remain detail-oriented

  • Able to solve problems

  • Able to learn preventive maintenance software of record

  • Operate personal computer to input, edit and produce a wide range of documents and format variations within established quality and time guidelines

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

  • Ability to thrive in a team working environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills
