Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to open for days, some nights and occasional weekends. Benefits will be available for candidates that meet expected requirements. Both locations feature a state of the art ventilation system, which provides fresh air on a constant basis. Any needed skills will be taught to the right candidate.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Train workers in food preparation, and in service sanitation safety procedures
  • Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of day or shift
  • Opening the restaurant and supervising staff duties and shift changes
  • Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution including purchase or requisition of supplies and equipment needed to ensure quality and timely delivery of services
  • Inventory Cigars and Spirits
  •  Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities
  • Resolve customer complains regarding food or service and ensure satisfaction
  • Control inventories of food, small-ware, equipment, and liquor and report shortages to designated personnel
  • Observe and evaluate workers, and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service, complete disciplinary write ups

  • Knowledge of business management and principles, involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
