As a Delivery Driver, you’ll drive an Amazon-branded vehicle and deliver 200-250 packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve, delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more.

We are seeking team members that are safe, reliable, eager to learn and trustworthy members that care deeply about their community and meeting the customer expectations.

You will work independently most of the day, but your individual performance impacts the entire team, so having a team player attitude is vital to the success of the team. Safety is the most important aspect of the job, so you will be trained thoroughly and then empowered to make decisions while on the road.

Key Duties & Responsibilities of Delivery Driver

  • Successfully handle and deliver packages on time

  • Safely drive a Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies

  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions.

  • Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.

  • Use a smartphone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members.

  • Support the team in daily work requirements including assisting other team members when they need assistance.

  • Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.

  • Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs through your shift.

  • Ability to work well independently with little direction.

    Requirements of Delivery Driver:

    • Must be at least 21 years old

    • Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license

    • Authorized to work in the United States

    • Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)

    • Must have a good motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)

    • Comfortable driving a large van (this is a non-CDL required position)

    • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions.

    • Available to work weekends. Most shifts include a weekend day.
