About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Management Analyst to join the Global Payments & Liquidity Analytics (GPLA) Infrastructure team. In this role, you will bridge business and technology, leading data infrastructure initiatives and enabling analytics that drive strategic decision-making for payments and liquidity products.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize data solutions while ensuring data quality, governance, and scalability.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary liaison between infrastructure, technology teams, and business stakeholders
  • Lead data infrastructure and analytics initiatives, including requirements gathering and solution design
  • Develop a deep understanding of GPLA systems, tools, and data assets
  • Translate business needs into business and technical requirements (BRDs, functional specs)
  • Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and resolve data issues/defects
  • Perform moderately to highly complex data and business analyses
  • Oversee end-to-end data acquisition processes, coordinating with data providers and systems of record
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards
  • Communicate project status, risks, and strategy to leadership and technical teams
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, design, or related roles
  • 4+ years of experience writing and reviewing moderate to complex SQL queries (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, Hive, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in Global Payments, Liquidity products, or Wholesale Banking
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply complex business processes and data structures
  • Proven ability to lead discussions and drive solutions for complex business problems
  • Experience building strong relationships across business and technology teams
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and change management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
