With 40+ years of experience and 36 global offices, Lion Travel is Taiwan’s leading travel brand, serving over one million travelers each year.
We're now growing in the U.S. and seeking passionate, culturally fluent Travel Sales Specialist to help create travel experiences for the global Chinese community.
Position Details
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • Location: On-site – NY, LA, SF and TX (must commute or relocate before starting)
  • Languages: Mandarin & English – plus, Cantonese – big plus
  • Compensation: $41,600–$54,000/year (based on experience) + Performance Bonus
Your Role
  • Inspire and guide customers to explore the world, offering tailor-made travel solutions and premium customer care before, during, and after their trip.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals through smart strategies, client relationship building, and market insights.
  • Be a trusted travel consultant who understands diverse cultures and creates meaningful connections.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to execute special projects and support business growth.
Who We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
  • Bilingual: Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Prior travel industry experience is a plus – but we welcome motivated entry-level candidates!
