Job Description:

  • 6-7 Yrs. of Exp When the upgraded versions of the CPS devices are rolled out in November, they expect a spike in incidents that will need an additional hand for support.
  • The candidate is expected to know some flavor of Linux with some shell scripting background, basic SQL commands (MySQL is ideal), be able to talk about network jargon (and make sense), a strong support background and proven abilities in troubleshooting. Excellent written and spoken English skills is a must
  • As the role involves collaboration with several of 5/3's end-customer network and other teams
