You see challenges as opportunities and believe in making an impact for customers, for your team, and for the business. If you are looking to be a part of a company that values partnership over hierarchy and purpose over routine, your next chapter could start here.

We are seeking a hands-on Network Administrator to support and strengthen the performance, security, and reliability of our core IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who enjoys solving complex issues, supporting end users, and helping maintain a stable, secure, and high-performing technology environment. The successful candidate will support server and desktop environments, maintain network operations, administer business-critical systems, and provide responsive technical support across the organization. The role offers the opportunity to work across infrastructure, end-user technology, security, and operational improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, VPNs, and related network services.
  • Install, configure, patch, and support enterprise applications, operating systems, and endpoint software.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and user access issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes to help protect business continuity.
  • Assist with infrastructure projects, system upgrades, hardware deployments, and technology rollouts.
  • Monitor system health, security alerts, endpoint protection tools, and patch compliance.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, technical documentation, and support records.
  • Work closely with internal IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to support operational priorities.
  • Perform other duties, support requests, and special projects as assigned by IT leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in systems administration, network support, application management, or a related infrastructure role.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Platforms specifically Azure a plus (Azure, AWS)
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and end-user support.
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switching, wireless connectivity, and firewall troubleshooting.
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems, troubleshooting, incident response, and user-facing technical support.
  • Familiarity with backup tools, patch management, endpoint security, and infrastructure monitoring solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, ITIL, or VMware are a plus.

Additional Information:

This is a hybrid position, based in our Mt. Laurel, NJ office, three days a week, with two days remote.
