Junior Recruitment Administrator

Golderado Contracting Corporation ("Golderado") supplies skilled labour for construction projects across Canada, primarily in Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan, supporting clients such as PME Inc., Silverado Site Services, and EllisDon Industrial.

Key Information:

  • Hours: Based on a 40-hour work week (8 hours a day, Monday - Friday), over time as required.
  • Salary is dependent on experience.
  • Health benefits, RRSP, pension plan, and vacation offered.

Job Description:

  • Communicate with the Craft Recruiter regarding manpower needs.
  • Review resumes, pre-screen and organize applicants in our tracking system.
  • Help facilitate on-boarding and orientations as required.
  • General Administrative duties that include but may not be limited to; answering the phone, directing mail,

Experience and Certification Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of office or equivalent experience is required. (craft recruiting experience an asset).
  • Experience in civil construction is considered an asset.
  • Software is heavily used within the organization's processes, the candidate must have strong computer skills and have a history of working within software programs such as: Word, Excel, and be comfortable to learn internal software programs.
  • MUST be able to work independently.
  • Team player.
  • Very good people skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Project-goal oriented.
  • Proficient in problem solving.
  • Proficient English language skills required.
  • A reliable means of transportation is required.

Education: Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
